Free shipping for prepaid orders across India

Refund Policy

Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product. The same shall be informed to us within 2 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, pls send an email to letsdotherooms@gmail.com or ldtr.info@gmail.com or you can DM us on our Instagram handle @letsdotherooms with the order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a reverse pick-up and upon receiving the same will send you a replacement.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all Indian/ International credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI etc through our secured payment gateway Razorpay.

COD is available for orders below INR3,000/-

Please note :

We charge a minimal amount on COD orders due to high shipping cost involved for the same.

- INR 50/- extra for COD order value > INR 2,000

- INR 100/- extra for COD order value < INR 2,000 upto INR 3,000/-

Tracking details

 

An email is sent to you when the order is placed and after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Apart from this, you receive messages from our shipping partners from time to time updating you about your order.
